If you aren't satisfied with the Lextra® Consumer Products for any reason, and if it was purchased at this web site for shipment within the USA, you may return it with the Proof of Purchase (original MouseRug label must be wrapped around product for credit) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price minus a re-stocking fee of 15%. Shipping fees are not refundable. To return a MouseRug® for refund or exchange please:

  • Enclose your receipt or print out of your order.
  • Please state reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • Carefully pack and ship the MouseRug® within 30 days of purchase to:
