Not only is the service great, the rugs are wonderful. I got my first one several years ago and have given several as presents. Everyone who sees them remarks on their uniqueness and their beauty. They also work so well -- not like some other rugs that are a bit too slick. The mouse ball runs extremely well on their surfaces.
