Refund policy


Note: If you purchased the product at a retailer, or a website other than mouserug.com, you must return the product where you purchased it.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you aren’t satisfied with your rug product purchased on mouserug.com and it shipped within the USA, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days from the date your order ships.  The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies to domestic orders only.  Clearance items are not eligible for return.

To return a Rug product for refund or exchange please:

  • Enclose your receipt, packing list, or print out of your order.
  • Please state the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • Carefully pack and ship the Rug product within 30 days of purchase and return to:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
