Optical and laser mice use irregularities on the surface to track direction and speed of the mouse movements. Some older dark field technology mice were designed for high gloss or extremely smooth surfaces and may cause challenges. If you are having trouble, we first recommend trying to adjust your mouse speed settings. If that does not work, we suggest using a different mouse that is designed for use on uneven surfaces.
If you aren’t satisfied with your Rug product purchased on mouserug.com and shipped within the USA, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days from the date your order ships. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies to domestic orders only. Clearance items are not eligible for return/refund.
