Inspired by Navajo rugs this is distintive of Teec Nos Pas style located near the common boundary point of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. The name means "Trees in a Circle" in Navajo, which is taken from cottonwood trees that grow around water at the trading post's remote location.
