Step 1. Apply dish soap.
Step 2. Brush in circular motion.
Step 3. Rinse.
Step 4. Squeegee excess water.
Step 5. Lay flat and smooth fringe with hands.
Step 6. Air dry.

MouseRug family of products are unique. While they're not "woven", like traditional rugs, they are made from a unique process that uses vibrantly colored nylon fibers (not printed with ink) so they don't fade with normal use. They are similar to high pile carpet...on a miniature scale.

Our products are designed to look and feel like some of the world's most famous rugs. They are made with patented LexTra® nylon fibers that are yarn-dyed prior to placing them on the surface. Each of the 7 million fibers in a Mouse Rug are 0.75 millimeters long creating a dense, luxurious feel.

Optical and laser mice use irregularities on the surface to track direction and speed of the mouse movements. Some older dark field technology mice were designed for high gloss or extremely smooth surfaces and may cause challenges. If you are having trouble, we first recommend trying to adjust your mouse speed settings. If that does not work, we suggest using a different mouse that is designed for use on uneven surfaces.

Coaster Rugs are sold in prepackaged sets of four. However, we do offer several mixed collections as listed below.

• Assorted Metropolitan Museum Collection (CRA-M01) set includes one each of Shah Jahan, Pashmina Flowers, Star Ushak, and Rosette Palmette.
• International  Collection (CRA-C01) set includes one each of the Jade Fars Pictorial, Contemporary Jaipur, Country Heritage Stars, and Maroon Bokhara.
• Oriental Collection (CRA-C02) set includes one each of the Star Ushak, Ardabil, Deep Blue Bergamo, and Tabriz Heriz.
• Pendleton Assortment #1 (CRA-P01) set includes one each of the Wyeth Trail, Canyonlands, Journey West, and Prairie Rush Hour.
• Pendleton Assortment #2 (CRA-P02) set includes two Star Watchers and two Papago Park.

If you aren’t satisfied with your Rug product purchased on MouseRug.com and shipped within the United States, you may exchange or return it within 30 days from the date your order shipped. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original packaged condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. (NOTE: Freight/shipping charges will not be refunded. This policy applies to domestic orders only.) Clearance items are not eligible for return/refund.  

To return a Rug product for refund or exchange please:

1. Enclose your receipt, packing list, or print out of your order.
2. Please state the reason for your dissatisfaction.
3. Carefully pack and ship the Rug product within 30 days of purchase and return to:
